On a two week trip from NC to Colorado (and back) we stayed at several different campsites and RV parks (KOA, Yogi, Good Sam parks etc). This one is by far the CLEANEST and most WELL KEPT campground we stayed at; even parks charging 4 times as much per night!!! It is about 8 miles off the main highway byit well worth the drive. The owners come out to meet all the guests and walk you to the site. The bathhouses are extremely clean. The walking trials are superb and weed free. The owners have been running the site for over 15 years. WE LOVED IT and YOU WILL TOO!!!
My husband and I stayed overnight in our motorhome with a trailer. The owners are very nice and helpful. The drive from West Plains was 8 miles down a nice two lane highway through beautiful Ozarks countryside. There are only 20 sites but some are pull-throughs with full hook-ups. We loved how quiet the setting is: no trains, no major highways, just woods on 3 sides and a large pasture across the road. I would definitely recommend staying here. I did not use the washing facilities or the restrooms.
This is without a doubt the cleanest, most relaxing rv stay I have had, and I traveled 2,600 miles in May. The owners are really friendly and helpful. I just wish I had planned an extra day in my trip, I wanted to stay another night.
The Park was the best kept RV park I have stayed in. We just came back from a two month trip west. What a welcome sight this Park was.
The host ( owner ) was very friendly and help full. We are sure to visit again on our way to Branson, MO.
