Appeal Rating Nice location at the city harbor. Nothing really special, but nice and clean. No restroom or facilities. Traffic getting to the park was very heavy due to passing thru a tourist area on the only road to park. You must cross the "Lift Span" bridge to get to park. If bridge is up, all traffic is stopped. The weekend we got there, there was a special event going on at convention center and traffic was at a stand still. Luckily we had already parked motorhome before traffic got so bad.
