$38 overnight. Getting to the park is a little sketchy, but go slow and pay attention to the signs, you will get there. Large park, all pea gravel. It had rained just before we arrived and there was some water, making the approach and site soft. Did not need sewer, only power and water, which was good since the sewer cap was underwater. Plugs all looked fairly new in good shape. Manager was nice, very detailed in her introduction about all the park. Down side, the rain made the approach to the dog run a mess, not their fault. BUT, there was a two gate entry. The one used a lot was a swamp and very muddy. The other half of the gate was fairly dry BUT it was staked so it could not be opened. Could not use dog run. Showers, wife and I went there. Sign inside says keep showers to 5 minutes due to water shortage in New Mexico. So in we went. Stripped, turned on water to hot. Stood there for about 2-3 minutes and no hot water. So my 5 minutes was mostly taken up by waiting for hot water. Since there was none, I dressed and left. Hollered at wife and she said no hot water yet. But eventually it arrived.

Stayed 4 days in Feb. Park and facilities were clean and well maintained. Did not try WIFI. Host was friendly and gave info on places to go and see. I would be happy to stay here again.

lady checked us in, we then ask for ice machine- they sell bags, i pay for bag; password for wifi wont allow 2 computers, i ask for another, man said no, said park is full, i reply: i can count with my fingers all occupied spaces and still have free fingers, so he says he does not want me there, i get my $ back and away i go..... it was an eye opener, what an attitude... park facilities are old, in a way, happy to have been kicked out....

Nice 55 plus campground. Had a nice pull thru site near dog run. All hookups were available plus 30/50 amp. The bad part of our stay was the wind blowing and that made the area a dust bowl. Under stand that this is a great place to winter over, if your old enough..
