Would not stay again. Mostly long term residents. Property unkept. Sites small and no where near level. Walked in office to check in to a room full of cigarette smoke. Pros....very close to restaurants and all the stores you could need. Minutes from I-80
Unfortunately, we can't recommend this RV park. You will never get an answer if you try to call and make a reservation - they simply don't answer their phone. If you are lucky, you may get a reply to an email inquiry, which we finally did after a 3-week wait for a reply. On arrival at 1:00 in the afternoon, the doors were locked with a sign indicating someone wold return at 11:45. Hmmmm...finally after over 30 minutes and a phone call by the maintenance person, two women showed up and appeared... Read More

The park is not well kept; bathrooms are barely passable, and the customer service is non-existent.

Arrived at 4:15,office said open til 5,nobody around, door locked with an open sign, knocked on door,no response. Wouldn't answer the phone either so if you have a problem no one to go to. People live upstairs i was told so I know they could hear. Found our spot ,walked back and the sign was flipped over "closed". Stuffed some money in an envelope and shoved it in a slot. Site was muddy,no wifi, cable was really bad, used ant for tv. Left the next morning without ever seeing anyone from the park.... Read More

I had made our reservation 8 months in advance and when we arrived they had no record of it. I brought a copy of the email they sent me confirming the reservation so they found a way to 'fit us in.' We ended up in a space half the size of the one reserved but it worked fine. The office and campsites were all run down. The restrooms have leaks, mold and are just plain falling apart. The whole facility needs to be renovated or the prices dropped significantly. However if the Health Department... Read More

Love location of park and have stayed here several times. My one complaint is that no money is being invested to keep the place up and it is getting very run down. Bathrooms are the worst....water everywhere and need major overhaul. No wi-fi unless your at the office. Junk and garbage everywhere, most likely from permant residence folks. Setting is great, lots of trees. They just need to clean place up and update bathrooms and pool area.
We spent two nights in this campground and found another to move to. We felt like we had to lock everything up when we left. There were so many permanent campers, which we do not mind, but there were so many junk cars and other junk around. If you have permanent campers make them keep their area clean.
