To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Sunburst RV Resort! We love helping our guests enjoy relaxing vacations. Should you need anything during your time with us, please let us know. Here are a few important rules and regulations to help our guests be great neighbors: Check-in Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. QUIET TIME Policy - Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM. - Please refrain from any activity that could disturb the quiet enjoyment of our park guests. Trash Policy - Trash will be picked up by our team members. - Please leave your firmly bagged trash at the front of your site and it will be picked up each day. Pets Policy - We love Pets!! However, we ask that you keep them leashed and under your control at all times.  - Please take a baggie with you on each walk to clean up after your pet(s).  - Current certificate of shots needs to be presented at our main office and will be kept on file.  - We charge $5 per pet, per day, and we have a max of (2) pets per site.  - Barking or aggressive dogs will be required to leave the park if they become a common nuisance to the other guests.  - Dogs may not be kept leashed outside without an owner present with them. People / Vehicle Policy - There is a max of (1) camping unit and (2) vehicles on each site. - Our base rate covers (1) camping unit, (1) vehicle, (2) Adults, and (2) Children. - Additional adults are $8 per adult per day, additional children are $5 per child per day, and additional vehicles are $3 per vehicle per day. - (1) Golf cart is permitted and is not counted as a vehicle. - Please register all people, pets, and vehicles upon arrival. Parking Policy - Please park at your site and not on the road. - Overflow parking is available in the storage area and outside the office. Storage Policy - We offer storage for those who do not wish to tow back and forth. - Storage is $2 per day or $50 a month. Please inquire at the office. Pool Policy - For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, our pool closes at dusk daily. Aircon Policy - No window A/C units are permitted. Tents and Popups Policy - No tents, no canopies, no festival tents, no popups, no temporary parking structures, or anything of the like allowed on any of the sites. - Guests are allowed ONE screened gazebo in good repair. - The placement of the gazebo is not to obstruct another guest's rig, slide out, or site.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
