Manage Your Membership Details Online

After logging on to the Club‘s website, the quickest way to check if your membership information is correct is to click on the "My Account" link found in the upper right-hand corner of every page of the website. Or, you can click on My Stuff and select the Membership Details tab. On this page you will find important information, such as the name, address, phone number, password, and e-mail address you have registered with the Good Sam Club.
Updating Personal Information
If you've moved or changed your phone number since the last time you renewed or signed up for membership, you can enter your new contact information on your Profile page in My Stuff. Click on the Edit Profile tab and scroll down to the Membership Details section and click on the Edit button. Here you can update your address and phone number. Simply click on the Save All Changes button and you're good to go. Please note that your personal contact information is for membership use only, and cannot be viewed by other members or visitors to the site.
On the main Membership Details page you can update your e-mail address and password. Click on the Edit link in the Site Access Information section of the page, and enter and confirm your new e-mail address or password. Helpful tip: In case you forget your password, you are asked to give a password hint. Make sure the hint you list is specific and gives you a good clue. For example, don't use "Fido9" as the password hint; instead use "My first dog and favorite number."
On the Membership Details page, you can take care of other Good Sam business. You can check how long you've been a member, find out when your membership expires, and renew your membership online. Here you can also update and choose which emails and newsletters are delivered to your regular in-box .
Before leaving the Membership Details page, be sure to click on the View All Benefits link in the Member Benefits & Services section. Here you can find information and links to the many benefits, discounts, products and services available through your Good Sam Club membership.

My Stuff – Have You Filled out Your Member Profile?
After you have verified that your membership information is up-to-date, take a couple extra minutes and check to see if you have completely filled out your member profile page in the Edit Profile section of My Stuff. It's a fun way to tell others about your interests and travels, and connect with others in the Good Sam RV community.
For example, have you added a profile photo in the Profile Display section? The photo can be of you, your family, RV or pet, favorite camping spot – get creative and have fun, if you want. Here you can also change your Display Name or Headline (slogan). In the RV Details section, you can list your RV type, year and model. Make sure you Save All Changes or the edits won't stick.
Many Good Sam members enjoy sharing details about their families, travels and interests in the About Me section of the profile page. Take a few minutes and share a little about yourself, your hobbies, pets, interests and activities, hobbies, and favorite destinations, books and movies.
After completing your member profile, you can start adding content to your profile page. Here you can also send emails and make friends with other members of the community. This section is also the place where you can create a trip journal, store reviews of campgrounds and favorite links, and keep track of membership details, badges, upcoming events and campground reservations.
Once you've created your profile and shared a few stories and photos, help expand the Good Sam online community by inviting guests to visit the site. You can do this by clicking on the Invite a Guest tab in RV Community.
