Our AI Agent is a specialist designed to help Elite members with:

  • Maintenance Guidance & Tips
  • RV Service Appointment Requests: Helping you book maintenance, inspections, or repair appointments at our Camping World service centers.

To provide unlimited access to our Elite members, the RV Assistant must verify your Membership status. If your information isn't recognized, please ensure you’re using your Good Sam Membership Number (not your Roadside Assistance Plan Number, or other Good Sam Policies and Plan IDs).

If you have already linked your Good Sam Membership with your online account, you can easily navigate to your profile (top right of this screen) to find your membership number. Otherwise, you can call our Member Services team at 866-205-7451 and they will be able to assist you with finding your Membership information.

For Good Sam Membership purchases, servicing other Good Sam Plan Types (like Roadside Assistance or Tire & Wheel Protection plans) or viewing rewards point balances, please login and visit your My Account or call our Membership Services team at 866-205-7451. Our Digital RV Assistant does not have access to billing systems.
