Overnighters are also welcome but the daily rate may put some off. That being said it is a gated and secure park and all are indeed welcome. It has a great country feel as it is away from the city, but near enough to connect to. We stayed here a year in our transition into full time RV living as we awaited our final retirement from the workforce. It is also most likely our annual winter haven. The people here are warm welcoming folk and the staff reflects the same. All are eager to assist and lend a hand when and where needed. Level, big rig friendly, concrete pads with full hook ups and plenty of space between makes this an easy place to find an accommodating spot. A coaxial connection brings HD cable into the RV while HD OTA reception is also good. For the satellite minded great exposure to the skies throughout the park. Connectivity Park WiFi is sufficient for general browsing and email but do not count on being able to stream anything. That being said both AT&T and Verizon offered sufficient signal strength for streaming, with Verizon being the better option. For those that have the Verizon Unlimited MiFi plan (no longer available) you can count on 24/7 non congested access, in short, stream to your hearts content. Amenities The facilities are kept at a very high standard of cleanliness. The bath house offers showers with great strength and water temp. The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers at $1.75 each. Change available at the onsite store which carried some RV basics. Grocery shopping is available in a short 15-20 minute drive to several shopping options. Check out their amenities page on the website for more information. X Factor Bottom line is it is very comfortable, very accommodating and plenty to keep you interested right in the park itself. And just a short drive away is Houston with all it has to offer. Want to keep it natural? Plenty of lakes, parks and adventure are also within a short drive making this a perfect location to satellite off of and visit the area - then retreat to a country calm when done. Safe travels!

As full time RVer's this is one of the top parks we have stayed in. Park offers great amenities, big rig friendly, spacious sites with level concrete pads and paved roads. All facilities are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Large fenced dog park, beautiful pool and spa. Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. They recently changed management and Park has a new positive energy. Monthly activities and events such as potluck dinners, monthly breakfast, game nights, etc.

I have lived in this park for almost a year, and I think it is great!! We are under NEW management and things couldn't be better! It is a warm and cozy place to have fun. It also has great staff and fabulous amenities!! Pool, on-site laundry, club house, dog park, fishing pond, HOW COULD YOU ASK FOR MORE?? "IT'S THE PLACE TO CALL HOME!"

We stayed here in our new Class C motorhome for 3 nights to check it put before we hit the road traveling. The park is very clean and taken care of by the people who work there in the office and on the grounds. Very polite, We plan to return to the park but when it is not so hot. The park is far from a rural road so it is very quiet at night.

Park is beautiful but Agressive dog rules are NOT enforced! Lots of people overcharged... Standing sewage in the field next to club house... Pool is advertised as heated..it's not. Management is a big issue at this park...intergrity and ethics issues... Not kid friendly!!!! No SHADE!!! Like camping on the face of the sun! This could be a great park with new management and some (non visible to the touring visitor) maintenance issues being fixed.

Outstanding campgrounds. Very clean restrooms and showers. The laundry faculty was very clean and the machines were in good working order. They looked fairly new. The pool was great and once again clean. They had a security gate and fencing that brought some peace of mind.

Resort is correct! This park has it all! The restrooms & showers look like they should be in a 5 star hotel. Hot tub, pool, laundry room, library, gym, super strong WiFi, cable, dog park, community room for activities, community kitchen, community garden, great paved roads, level concrete sites, super friendly staff, the list goes on. We have already booked our next stay!
