We stayed 7 nights for a short get away. The park is a short drive from OR 569 / Randy Pape Beltway (Exit 12 - Coburg Rd) along busy multiple lane city streets. It is located on the edge of town so it is close to services. The entrance road is a bit of an obstacle course so that all traffic goes past the day use park pay station. The entrance road is a bit of an obstacle course so that all traffic goes past the day use park pay station. Once at the campground, there is signage advising no early check-in. Check in a 2 PM. The campground’s interior road is a paved single lane one way making maneuvering larger RV’s not very difficult for an experienced driver.
There is a mixture of back-ins, P/T’s and tent sites. Generally, the P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad for an overnight stay. Distance & landscaping establishes privacy. There was sufficient room to open slides. The parking pads are asphalt.
This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the rear of the sites for the back-ins. The sewer connection at ground level making it easy to establish a downhill flow depending on discharge point. Sites have an outside table & fire pit. The campground sells fire wood.
The extensive tree canopy makes satellite reception difficult to impossible depending upon site selection and dish configuration. Was able to get DISH programing using a portable dish. There seemed to be a lot of square/rectangle antennas (Starlink?) sitting on the ground that didn’t seem to have much access to the sky for satellite reception. A scan for OTA channels using an Air 360+ antenna revealed 30+ channels on one TV and 22 on the other which included the four major networks and several foreign language channels. The park brochure showed a 62 cable channels. Didn’t access the cable so don’t know the quality of the service.
The park provided WiFi was not password protected. It was sufficient for travel research. Doubt it would be sufficient for any type of streaming. Didn’t try the NET10 phone so don’t know about cell phone reception.
The designated fenced pet area was for anyone to bring a dog into the park. The only bag dispensers were located in the fenced pet area. There were dumpsters through the campground loop for waste collection. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads, the adjacent day use area.
Didn't use the restrooms but can't leave a review without entering a rating for them.
TIP: It appeared Domino’s delivered to the park. About an hour and half drive to the Pacific ocean at Florence.

Stayed only one night but I will definitely keep this park on my short list of places to stay. Large sites and very scenic with lots of trees. A nice dog run is there for those with pooches. My AT&T wifi worked well.
