Road Trip 2018 - Day 3: Stayed just one night & I must say I was disappointed. Unlike the pictures listed for this KOA, a lot of work is required to regain it's past beauty. The owners are very nice, but can not maintain this KOA by themselves. Dead trees, weeds & overgrowth have taken over & grass is hard to find. The sites are unlevel & the hookups need repair. The bathrooms are adequate.

Stayed here couple of years ago and was great place. New owners do not run it professionally. Their small school age children, daughter and sons, are allowed to roam your campsite and even try to come in camper. When asked them to leave the daughter informs you they own park so can do what they want. Can't use swimming pool because their children have it staked out as their personal pool. Daughter especially ran off anyone attempted to swim or relax with her loud behavior, throwing things in the... Read More

When asked them to leave the daughter informs you they own park so can do what they want. Can't use swimming pool because their children have it staked out as their personal pool. Daughter especially ran off anyone attempted to swim or relax with her loud behavior, throwing things in the pool, and will not leave you alone. Followed our son and his family back to their camper and would not leave until he made his own kids go in camper, she still sat outside on picnic table, again informed this was her park. Couldn't get away from owners kids! Couldn't play at playground , again same thing as pool and outside in our camp areas. They told us they are home schooled and do not have to do anything they do not want. They are allowed to run amuck until owners are done for the day at 10pm, We felt like hostages in our campers to get away from their kids. Will not stop here again. Price was high to babysit obnoxious kids of owner. Seems would be a safety issue for these children allowed, insisting on , wanting to come into other people's campers and parents have no idea where they are , who they are with. Owners older sons are allowed to drive at high rates of speed through park to residents. We were told by the daughter that her brother again could do what he wanted. The mom informed us as well she was the owner and basically mind our own business on everything, Well it is our business if we rent a spot for the week who does or doesn't eat with us, children didn't even leave so we could eat outside. Couldn't roast marshmellows by campfire as had to again have owners kids there. Not a way to keep a business running for repeat customers. Will never stop here again as long as it has these owners who do not supervise their own children, no heat in pool, and very rude when asked to please give us some time without their children,
