This is a very old place bad area people don't pick up after dogs two pooped on our site owners never pickup. Unfriendly lolpeople. Sites leave a lot to be desired

We are inexperienced campers with a small travel trailer. We got a good deal on a month's stay through SunResorts. The park is clean, with lots of beautiful trees, and streets are in good shape. We are inexperienced campers with a small travel trailer. We got a good deal on a month's stay through SunResorts. The park is clean, with lots of beautiful trees, and streets are in good shape. Close to Orlando. We had a sunny spot and would have liked to be near trees (there are some really lovely shady spots near the creek) but being close to the showers and laundry worked out well for us. The residents here are very friendly. We liked that the park was right off a main street so we didn't have to deal with hills or narrow roads (being new and all). There are some giant gorgeous motor homes here, some amazing 5th wheels, some lovely trailers, and a few little campers like ours. The showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities were well maintained and clean. Washers are $2.50 and Dryers are $2.50. Staff was very hard at work all the time and did everything from mowing, trash pickup, propane tank fills and connections, vehicle washing. Long-term residents and short term visitors had nothing but nice things to say about the maintenance staff. Lots of dogs, well behaved. Nice place to walk every morning and evening. This is an older park with a mixture of long-term residents and short-term visitors. We felt safe in our little spot (thanks to our neighbor ). We hear improvements are coming, including cement pads for all spots (ours was limestone and grass). Our spot was small, but the price was good. Only complaint was that, being so close to the club house, we had to deal with loud music on the weekends (thankfully, our air conditioner muffled most of the sound). We asked some seasoned visitors how the park compared to others they've stayed at they said it was nice enough, and quieter than most. We liked it, and would recommend the park to everyone.

We stayed 4 days, traveling in a 36 ft. Class A Motorhome. Nice clean pool. We used the laundry machines $1.75 per washer and $1.50 for dryer. This is an older park that is very well maintained and quiet within 2 miles to restaurants and shopping. There appeared to be many full-timers on site with a mixture of travel trailers, park models and class A's all sites neat and orderly. A very special Thank you to the camp host who helped us in so many ways, he was there late at night to help us back in to our site in the dark and also helped us resolve a mechanical issue with our coach, which took several days to troubleshoot, but he never gave up and spent several hours helping us find the problem. An amazing young man who really went out of his way to bless us. Highly recommend this park.
