This park was over-rated. Every space, except the pull-thru circle had live-ins. Unsafe to move a motorhome (especially with a towed vehicle) due to limited space. Very overpriced at $80. Do not stay there if you are an overnighter. Truck stop would be a better choice.

Valencia Travel Village is the 90th stop for and we stayed for 3 nights as a transit point to Joshua Tree and to visit north Hollywood. Check in was quick and easy with the camp host being very pleasant. The pull though was a little tight but the gravel site was level without blocks. Although we did not use the amenities, it looked like a great place for a family to stay with a newer playground and 3 pools and a hot tub. It is also very convenient to I-5 making it easy to move around and a Walmart... Read More

Although we did not use the amenities, it looked like a great place for a family to stay with a newer playground and 3 pools and a hot tub. It is also very convenient to I-5 making it easy to move around and a Walmart 2.5 miles across the highway. The grounds are kept neat and clean and I appreciate having grass on the site, including the two spacious dog parks. Laundry facilities were clean and nice to have a credit card option (instead of chasing quarters) however, not all the machines were operational and appeared to be this way for some time. But know that the vast majority of the sites are dedicated to long term residents (separate from the short term sites) and not all sites are well-kept, are filled with junk or have run down rigs. But overall, would stay here again in the future if in the area. For connectivity midday: T-Mobile 7.02 down/6.66 up WiFi 9.6 down/4.63 up Verizon 22.4 down/7.80 up.

A nice park BUT, they seem to care more about their grass looking nice than peace and quiet for their guests. Grass cutting and weed whacking has been going on for the last 3 hours around my site. The picnic table was pushed up against my stairs and left there. I could hardly get out of the camper. I called the office and some SNOTTY women said you don't like that we care for our park? She said she would put a manager on the phone but, I never got one. I won't stay here again after this rude... Read More

Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we stayed here for one night. This park is clean, quiet, well maintained, with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in and doing WIFI properly. This park receives 5-stars for their great WIFI. Big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level and Valencia has level sites. We give this park a 5-star rating in this category.... Read More

Maneuverability, some parks have very narrow roads which make backing up and turning very difficult, we found this park to have plenty of room to maneuver. Dust, some parks are so dusty that even after short stays your unit needs a bath, but not here, the dust on our coach was very minimal compared to many other parks. Unfortunately, satellite reception is very hard to receive when you have large trees, so it's unlikely you will receive reception here because of all the tall beautiful trees surrounding the park. Phone Service, we have AT&T which worked great here. There's plenty of room to walk your dog here including a fenced dog area.

We stayed here for 2 - 2 week periods with a 2 day break between stays. Park was quiet, peaceful, clean and well maintained. Relocating from Texas we appreciated the effort to keep the grass green in the park with sprinkler systems everywhere. Nice store, friendly staff, great pool area, laundry, bathrooms, etc.

We stayed here one night one our way back home. This is a great location for Six Flags. The RV park has some great features, however over 90%of the site are occupied by either long term or fulltimers. This would not be a problem if they were required to maintain their sites. There are RVs that looked like they haven't moved in many years. They have trash all around them. The rules are not being enforced. It would be great if the park would just enforce the rules!!

This is a large RV park in the northwest side of Santa Clarita with lots of mature trees dispersed throughout. Most sites are pull through will full hookups. There are a large number of what appear to be long term residents but most keep their space clean and uncluttered. There are restrooms and showers throughout. Driveways are a mix of asphalt and gravel, site pads are gravel/dirt with a small concrete or asphalt patio with a picnic table. Sites are narrow so your neighbor will be very close.... Read More

We were not able to get satellite reception due to interference from tree limbs but we were only here for 3 days so no big deal. We paid $50 per night with Good Sam discount.

Stayed 2 days. Pull through sites very tight. Beautiful pool and lots of trees and grass. Wifi pretty good, cable tv was analog. Had lots of area to walk the dogs. Good place for a night or 2 stop over.

We stayed 2 nights to see some of the sights in the area. The park is right along CA-126 a short distance from I-5. The access is at a controlled intersection. The entrance was changed due to construction so there are some tight turns to reach the registration parking area. The interior roads are paved with some very impressive speed bumps. The interior roads are very narrow and turns are tight with obstacles (metal poles at the end of the sites) making it difficult to maneuver larger RV's. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull thrus. The parking pads are compacted dirt/gravel. The P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. This park seems to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were generally level and flat. A lot of the sites appear to be extended stay sites. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites which are on top of each other. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The connections were at the end of the site requiring long runs for hoses/cables and to disconnect a toad to shorten the runs. The sewer connection was slightly elevated so there was a slight obstacle to establishing a downhill flow. Not every site had an outside table and there were no fire pits. There were quite a few trees scattered throughout the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site. The park information showed a 24 channel lineup but didn't mention anything broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided WiFi was good. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception. There was one designated fenced pet areas with a grass surface located in the center of the park. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the fenced pet area and around the park. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads and designated pet areas long the park perimeter. We would probably not stay here again if traveling through the area. TIP: While the park is adjacent to a 4 lane divided highway, it was very quiet. We made a day trip into LA.

We love this park. Lots of mature trees and the facilities are clean and top notch. Getting ready to book for next weekend! Highly recommended!!

What a GREAT park! Close enough to the freeway to be convenient, far enough to be quiet. We were just passing thru so only stayed one night, but we WILL be back. Sites are easy to get in and out of and wide enough to park and enjoy. It's the kind of park that's run the way you'd do it if it were yours. Watch for their beautiful new entrance.
