Barely acceptable. Sites are cramped, crowded and not in great repair. More like a parking lot for derelict trailers. There is electric, water and sewer. Wifi does work. that's about all I can say for it. If you don't need to stop here go elsewhere.

When I travel I try to rate all the parks we stay in so others will know if they want to stay. I give an honest rating based on how I see the park. This park does not deserve a Good Sam rating. This is by far the worst park I have stayed in to date. I have been all over this country for the past 45 years and I have never seen a park in such bad shape. Mostly full time locals and messy. The spaces are REALLY narrow with about 4-5 feet between them. Spaces are so tight that tables have to be put... Read More

This park has very low Oak trees that scrape the top when you come and go. The sign says that this is a Resort, well it is not a Resort by any means. My recommendation on this park is to keep moving until you find another place to stay.

This is a neighborhood not a resort. The spaces are populated almost 100% by locals and the fifth wheelers and campers are on top of each other. We were the only overnight guest and there were at most 4 open spaces. The roads are tight and impossible to manage with a 36 ft rig. We had to drive through a muddy field to get out. Bikers were in and out of the park through out the night. Last time I heard them was around 2:30AM. They live there so they have that right but this is not a place to stay... Read More

Electric pole in standing water. Mostly all Long term trailers with sheds, junk, piles all around. Not a place to stay if you want to feel comfortable and safe. Definitely a flip flop required shower. .

I don't like to be negative as I realize people live here, but I don't understand Good Sam's rating for this park. The sites are tiny and cramped. It was just adequate for an overnight stop. The office staff was nice.

Very Close to the Freeway- I-95 with a weigh station right there, so the trucks are extra loud from the freeway, not to mention being Right Next to (within 50 ft) of the on ramp from Highway 17 & I-95!! There is some type of Septic overflow NONSENSE that is within 12 feet of a couple campsites!! At times the stench is Horrendous, unbearable, and There IS NO sense of care to compensate those of us who have to live next to it!! NO Privacy Fence Along the HIGHWAY entrance which is maybe 50 feet from... Read More

NO Privacy Fence Along the HIGHWAY entrance which is maybe 50 feet from some trailers!! NO privacy Blockage of the Septic overflow!! THEY SAID 4 times that WIFI worked just to Change their minds once my $ was paid for the month!! Cable does not work that well, and the WIFI is junk, The campsites NEED to be relocated further from the roadway, and ALSO need to be given more space in between Your Neighbors for that Price in this AREA!! I don't know about anyone else, but the noise from the freeway overpowers my earplugs which are annoying to sleep with anyhow!! I'd bet an earthquake meter would go off at times with the vibrations from all the noise here!!!

Overnight stay on the way back to pgh. Pa. Didn't connect water or sewage just for an overnight. So was forced to use the ladies room. Sign in ladies says"no pets allowed in rest room" funny it was so nasty and dirty I wouldn't allow my dog in the ladies room as she might get a disease!! Gross really!! The spot we were parked in was a complete mud hole. It had rained I understand that but there wasnt any grass around just dirt! What a mess? Won't be staying there again.
