There's 2 sections to Indigo Bluffs.....the standard issue campground and the resort side. We're a 37ft Class A with Toad and stayed on the resort side. Primo sites, well maintained and the entire area is beautifully landscaped. We booked 10 months ahead of arrival. Close to Empire and Sleeping Bear Dunes. 30 minutes west of Traverse City. Well worth the expenditure!

I waited a few weeks to comment just because of my initial disappointment. We booked four days at this park because of it's location to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore which is truely a must see. We booked a full hookup pull thru. The price of 75 bucks per day was high for the site which was gravel-dirt with a nice cement patio. Their is no cable and no internet even so it says there is internet on their site. The internet that they do have sporadic at best. We asked about why we were not able... Read More

We asked about why we were not able to log on and were told if we did make it on they would give us a Bingo chip which was supposed to be their attempt at humor. They seemed to have a lot of activities for kids to keep them busy but if you are looking for perks that they charge you for at 75 a night then you might want to look some place else.

This was our first trip to a "resort style rv park. All roads are paved, sites are level with most being separated by pine trees , good water pressure, 50 amp service and I love how the bathhouse is set up. We personally made good use of our fire ring each night as well as the extra space to play our outside games. The only slight negatives were wifi was hit or miss at night (find during the mornings/daytime) & I assumed for 85 a night you would get a bit more for your money (some entertainment).... Read More

We will be back that is for sure. If for no other reason but the location. Close to everything in the area.

We stayed at the RV Park side vs Resort side of Indigo Bluffs. Very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Glen Arbor, and Empire Michigan. Can't beat the location. And overall its a very nice park. Checkin was very efficient with escort to site. Staff friendly and very helpful. We stayed on a pull through site in the newer area of the park. Site was a very long pull through, 50Amp full hook up with good distance between sites. Big rig friendly. All access roads are packed gravel... Read More

Pull through site was packed gravel with a concrete patio. Good site drainage. The new area also has back-in sites. Caution to big rigs and large 5th Wheels. Back-in area has two rows, one behind the other. Back row can be a challenge to back into. But .... the back row sites face the woods and are very private. Park escort will help you back in. But its a tight squeeze between trees with a turn half way back. Older area of park is all back in with grass sites. Some are full hookup. Most of the old area sites have gang electric and water connections. So be sure to have plenty of water and power cord length. Restrooms were clean and serviced every day by staff. We will stay her again.

Indigo Bluffs is pricey. It is located not too far from Sleeping Bear Dunes. Our pull through site with with full hookups was $50. per night. The Reception and Amenity Center is lovely. An immaculate coin operated laundry, restrooms, propane filling station and pool with comfortable seating are in this area. These facilities are shared with the RV Resort, which is a separate area. Interior roads are paved with well worn asphalt and some with gravel. Sites are hard packed sandy soil and/or... Read More

An immaculate coin operated laundry, restrooms, propane filling station and pool with comfortable seating are in this area. These facilities are shared with the RV Resort, which is a separate area. Interior roads are paved with well worn asphalt and some with gravel. Sites are hard packed sandy soil and/or sparse grass. Some have concrete patios. Each site has a picnic table and a fire pit with a grate. Full hookup, water/electric, rustic tent, rustic cabins, group tent and cottages are all available. Lavatories/shower houses are older but clean. Toilet paper is lined up close together with four rolls on a rod. It can be unfurled one square at a time. The showers are coin operated. We observed much of the work being done in the office and in the park was by camp-hosts or folks with seasonal sites. They were always friendly and extremely helpful.
