A great place for an overnight stay. Electrical hookups are sketchy, poorly maintained. But the park is clean, has some shade spots, right off highway service road

Pleasant surprise on this park. There are a number of pull through sites each with water and electric both 30 and 50 amp. there are back in sites that look a little tight backing in. On the other side is the Wichita River river and a bridge over it to a very nice park with swimming pool, playground, paved biking and walking/hiking trails. Nightly cost is $17.00. The park ranger knocked on my door around 9:00pm. He saw my bicycles in the back of my truck and just wanted to warn me that the week before someone tried to steel a scooter from someone camped there.

Stayed one night while traveling from Texas to New Mexico. Easy in and out. Pleasant surprised by the lovely area and adjacent park. RV lots are just off the freeway so road noise is expected but was tolerable overnight. Be sure to pay on arrival as the park is monitored regularly. A bargain at $17.
