The good and bad: Courteous staff, clean restroom, near the Bay and its shops and not far from the Ocean. The Bad: I had reservations, but the spot I was assigned to left me sticking out 4-feet into the well traveled main park entrance road. Inadequate shower and restroom capacity (1) for my section of numerous spaces. Many spaces were sloped to the side, few level in my area. Many long-term workers living there, with coming and going-to-work-noise early and late. Surrounding the water spigot... Read More
The good and bad: Courteous staff, clean restroom, near the Bay and its shops and not far from the Ocean. The Bad: I had reservations, but the spot I was assigned to left me sticking out 4-feet into the well traveled main park entrance road. Inadequate shower and restroom capacity (1) for my section of numerous spaces. Many spaces were sloped to the side, few level in my area. Many long-term workers living there, with coming and going-to-work-noise early and late. Surrounding the water spigot were rocks to protect it, but someone used this space to dump much dog waste (Lack of park maintenance and general assistance). A number of unmarked speed bumps, with bone-jarring results even at the posted speed or less.
