Friendly staff very attentive to the needs of RV community, very clean park, only issues we have is WiFi isn’t very strong, and Highway traffic noise is loud. However our experience is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place though

The staff are very nice. This park is located right off of the interstate and when I say right off you can watch the semi's go by all night. It is not very quiet and the sites are very tight not even room to put out an awning. If you're looking for a last minute overnight stay this would be it but if you are a light sleeper you won't sleep much.

Not a bad park for a one night stay. On arrival I signed a bill for $32, but I was charged $33+, I guess for taxes. I asked and she origially told me no taxes. Our site (18) was a really long pull through and leaving in the morning we were already pointed at the gate. We did not use the bathrooms or laundry. The dog park was mostly rock, but fenced and clean. The poop can was provided with a scoop and rake. Lighted at night. There was a wifi repeater next to our site but no wifi name or password... The park has a majority permanent or long term residents. Not kept pristine but efficient for needs.

This is an older park that has not been maintained. Unsure how they even have a Good Sam's rating. Tight squeeze just getting around the corners to the spot with a 40' bus. Once parked, the area between our coach and a long term resident was loaded with dog poo, needless to say had to clean our shoes. Notified the office about the dog issue and was informed she would have it taken care of, didn't happen. I rate this park as a definite avoid if you can.

Very old rv park at exit 184. Vast majority of sites are permanent residents. New owner, unknown what his plans are for the park but he is very nice. Sites are level, very cramped with not much room between. He had a very long site for my 37' class A with toad. It was tight fit getting to it but nearly straight shot out. Did not use restroom but was told there are showers. Okay for a overnight stay.

Small RV park in Big Spring TX just east of a oil refinery, seemingly catering to long term customers. Easy on/off from I-20, and OK for short stay. Some long term units in poor condition. Good WIFI and cable. The roads and sites are gravel. Our site was level, but there was little space to the sides.

Nice park. Established in the 60's so the spaces are a little tight. Our 27' RV had no problems with the slide out. The manager of the park very friendly and willing to offer help. Bathrooms kept clean and the showers had plenty of hot water. Fenced dog area great for our two dogs. On site washer and dryers at $2.00 each but there is not a change machine. Easy on and off from I20 and only a block off the highway. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Not a lot to do in Big Spring, but this park is... Read More

Only downfall is the Wifi at the site we were at. The signal was non existent and had to walk to dog park to receive signal. We got discount for Good Sam club member so ended being $27.00 per night. Would stay there again if ever in area.
