The people here are so nice and sweet. It's nice here, affordable, and everything here isn't picturesque but it's definitely cozy. I moved to Orlando for college and I currently live here now. A lot of people come through here whether it's living here or visiting but the people are always friendly. I've not met one rude person that was staff nor as a neighbor/visitor. You see people walking about, exercising, walking their dogs, and even kids bike and run around playing having a good time! Animals... Read More
The people here are so nice and sweet. It's nice here, affordable, and everything here isn't picturesque but it's definitely cozy. I moved to Orlando for college and I currently live here now.
A lot of people come through here whether it's living here or visiting but the people are always friendly. I've not met one rude person that was staff nor as a neighbor/visitor. You see people walking about, exercising, walking their dogs, and even kids bike and run around playing having a good time! Animals here are treated nicely and rules aren't exactly enforced only because it's a decent community and there's no one here that really breaks the rules.
The facilities here are decent, however, if you have facilities I would use them, but if you don't have facilities or water, there are bathhouses throughout which seem nice enough. The pool is always kept nice and clean which is good for exercise as well. The laundry machines are decently sized and it costs me about $4 to do laundry per week save my sheets. There are also events in November which I'm excited about!
Either way, it's nice to stay here. It's affordable, a wonderful community, and people here are more than kind and friendly!

No security, heavy police and emergency vehicle presence. We found this park through Good Sam and you should look to Google and Facebook for many nay more reviews stating the same issues. The park openly allows outsiders to enter unchecked to use the facilities. Everything is filthy and many park residents live in blight. The majority of the sites have your RV directly in the sun so it gets very uncomfortable in the afternoon. The park is unsafe for children as their is no security so speeding vehicles... Read More
