I wish I'd read the previous review from 2016 before staying here. Those comments were "spot on", except I have, rated the park lower. I feel the prior reviewer was being somewhat generous. 5 years later I got the same excuses about cable TV, he even brought boxes and cables out and said he'd have to charge a 60 dollar deposit for it if he got service for the park. I asked if "over the air" TV works, he said "I don't know if it works down there". There was no service found by my 150 mile... Read More

I asked if "over the air" TV works, he said "I don't know if it works down there". There was no service found by my 150 mile range omni-directional antenna. Given this was reported as unavailable by the prior reviewer 5 years ago, I will leave any analysis of this park operator's "credibility" to the reader of my review.
Laundry looked adequate and reasonably clean, but we didn't use it.
Men's bathroom is old, there was significant puddling on the floor. Didn't also didn't look very clean. Turned around and left without going in and using anything. Told my wife not to go there, and to use the trailer, and I'll dump in the morning.
Be aware, the bathrooms and laundry are about 100 yards walk, uphill, from the first rv site. The distance only gets worse. Campers were driving there in their cars...... If you have physical limitations this is most likely not a good scenario for you.
Pull through sites are concrete pads, surrounded by stones....no grass. They slope to the rear making it quite impossible to have a trailer level while still hooked to the tow vehicle (front to back). Side to side level was good, no blocks required.
I've stayed at the KOA at exit 170 21 miles west of here. The KOA is a far better overnight or extended camping option.

The information about this rv park in the Good Sam guide is not accurate. There is no cable or even any antenna tv at this park. The owner told us that they do not want to pay the money for the cable boxes that are required to receive the signal. And the park has no local tv. There is no Wi-fi in the park. There is only wi- fi in the hotel Lobby and it is only open until 10 pm. There is no swimming pool. The owner told us that last year the wall of the pool collapsed and they are not going to... Lobby and it is only open until 10 pm. There is no swimming pool. The owner told us that last year the wall of the pool collapsed and they are not going to repair it. The restrooms are very dated and old. The floors are very slippery and hazardous when wet. They are not very clean either. The rv park and hotel are understaffed. We had to walk across the street to another hotel to get registered because there was no one to get us checked in at the rv park. The cost is reasonable. We paid $34.00 each night for 3 adults, but there was also no sewer hook up at our site. The laundry was inadequate as well. Both dryers were broken.
