Hearthside Grove Motorcoach Resort is a beautiful Class A only resort. Its an ownership park with several lots available for rent although it appears to be mostly sold out with only a handful of lots remaining unimproved. We have stayed twice throughout 2021, both experiences pleasurable. As one would expect, the resort is designed with 45' coaches in mind so getting in and around the park is a breeze. Hearthside Grove Motorcoach Resort is a beautiful Class A only resort. Its an ownership park with several lots available for rent although it appears to be mostly sold out with only a handful of lots remaining unimproved. We have stayed twice throughout 2021, both experiences pleasurable. As one would expect, the resort is designed with 45' coaches in mind so getting in and around the park is a breeze. Lots are very large with excellent privacy. The park is very mature in terms of landscaping which gives you the true northern Michigan feel. Hook-ups were in the right place, which outside of Class A only resorts, seems to be a constant challenge for us. Our only complaint was that cable was out of service each time we visited. The location speaks for itself, with plenty of shopping, dining, and just the general beauty of the area. There were plenty of things to do in the resort as well, including tennis, swimming, biking, etc. Staff and owners/renters alike were very friendly. The rate is inline with other similar resorts, but I'd rate the value very high here. The only factor I cannot comment on is kid friendliness as both of our trips were grown-up get-aways. Several other families were there, and the facts kids were running around having fun did not seem to bother anyone - which is obviously great.
