I am new to this RV and this was my first park .. The staff is very friendly and accommodating .. especially the grounds keepers ..always checking if you need anything and if all is ok ! I stayed in spot 175 Class A pull thru.. which would be a perfect spot for a family with a dog...the bathrooms and showers are rite next door and small closed off dog area not far away. This spot faces the office ..glf and playground area . The only thing i didnt like was the whole place is gravel including the... Read More

Since this was my dogs first trip and being so close to the office with all the delivery trucks coming in and out there was a day the office called saying the dogs were barking ...when i returned I appreciated the call and asked if I could move to another vacant spot away from the office and next to the woods in sight of my existing spot and the office said " Oh NO..those spots are all filled for the weekend ! " NOT TRUE .... NOT 1 RV even approached that area since Ive been here for 1 week ! I didn't appreciate that at all. Thats about the only complaint I have .. Oh almost forgot.only 2 dogs aloud ..I had 2.5 lol So I guess I won't be coming back here again..lol But overall a nice place for family get away !

our stay at this camp site was a first for us we went there to test and find out what our Class A Motorhome was all about to see what worked and didn't work, that being said the Fokes at the Park that run it were very nice and very Helpful we had a problem with the power at first and the jumped right on it to make sure we had power. but my list of things that needed to be repaired and replaced was getting long but that is what I wanted to find out about our RV. My wife and Grand daughter had a great time in the pool while Grandpa was knocking his head and let me tell you my head hurt after that trip but now every thing is fixed and now I can go back and with full hook up and sit back in the pool and enjoy the good life of Rving But now that every thing is fixed or replace My wife and I are looking forward to going back there and enjoy the park too. I also didn't tell them that I was a Good Sam Club Member also but the next time that will be the first thing I tell them and you can count on it too.

got off to a bad start at check-in when told we couldn't get our good sam discount because nothing was said by us when we made the reservations and paid a deposit. ok.. make it up with the rest of the payment. "computer doesn't let me". really? camp store is almost not there. very small. minimal good stuff. lots of candy. restrooms and showers are a trailer in disguise, but mostly usable. have to pick the one that has the door working to lock. found one bowl plugged, reported it, and staff plunged... So disappointed. At check-in staff was friendly and we seemed off to a good start. After scanning our campers tv's multiple times we went to office and she says we need a box. Really, you couldn't tell us when we checked in to our site with full hookups. Back to camper, scanning again, nothing, go back with box and she says last people in site had no issues. We later found out they where a motor home with their own satellite dish. Back to camper, scan again, verify coax is hooked up properly,... Read More

Really, you couldn't tell us when we checked in to our site with full hookups. Back to camper, scanning again, nothing, go back with box and she says last people in site had no issues. We later found out they where a motor home with their own satellite dish. Back to camper, scan again, verify coax is hooked up properly, etc., NOTHING! Back to office, a different person there hands us a paper with Comcast telephone number, the campgrounds address, telephone number and Comcast number. She says it happens all the time and never offers any help. We like to leave the tv on for the dogs when we go out so they don't hear outside noise and bark otherwise I would have said the heck with it. The next day we had to be at campground from noon-4 to wait for Comcast. No one in office cared, offered to help nothing. We are paying for a site that is supposed to have cable. Comcast discovers cable was not even hooked up. Not saying it was the seasonal camper that shared that box but he was so rude and nasty to Comcast that that was his box and they couldn't hook up a cable that it makes you wonder. Comcast was wonderful and ran New cable. Just unacceptable on campgrounds part. We basically spent five hours of our trip scanning tv's, dealing with Comcast and they should have stepped in and helped. They knew we where waiting for Comcast at the office and when the technician came they didn't even try to point him to our site, we saw him and my husband walked over and the tech said he was getting ready to call my cell because office couldn't direct him. The mini golf course has needed maintenance and at least on last hole serious repairs, for some time now. Public restrooms are clean but no paper towels and no electro hand dryer so by end of day there are little wads of toilet paper people tried to use in place of paper towels all over. Not sue the seasonal people really want the transient campers there. Some where friendly but others would not speak even if we said hi or good morning directly to them. There was the cable tv cable thing. Twice while we where in the office different seasonal people came in and started talking to the person behind the desk who was clearly helping us and you really got the feeling because they where seasonal and needed to pay their electric or whatever they expected the office help to stop with us and immediately deal with them. Grounds are clean and roadways are fine. I waited six days to post this because when we where leaving my husband complained and I was waiting to see if we received a call, email or anything but i guess that would be too much to ask.
