I made a reservation online in March 2019 for a 3 night stay in July. Upon arrival at the gate I was informed the park was full. The gate was opened and I went into the office to be told the reservation and the site listed on my printed document had been filled and no other sites were available in the park. What??? On a July weekend in So Cal I was just told to find another park. Not sure who manages this place but they will need to start letting the short bus in to pick them up take them back... Read More

Gave this park a one star rating on everything because I DID NOT GET TO STAY THERE !!!

Called to reserve two nights for our trip to the Oxnard area. I got there and checked in and they charged $77. Had to back down a dead end row to get to my site and the hookups were at the back of the site. That evening I found the bathroom locked and no one in the office. I called the main number and got an answer and asked how to get into the bathroom/shower. He said he would meet me at the office to give me a key card and that the showers closed at 9pm. He charged $5 to my credit card as... Read More
Called to reserve two nights for our trip to the Oxnard area. I got there and checked in and they charged $77. Had to back down a dead end row to get to my site and the hookups were at the back of the site. That evening I found the bathroom locked and no one in the office. I called the main number and got an answer and asked how to get into the bathroom/shower. He said he would meet me at the office to give me a key card and that the showers closed at 9pm. He charged $5 to my credit card as a deposit for the key card which is supposed to be reversed after I turn it back in. He also said the shower requires tokens. The bathroom is a single bathroom with a shower for the entire place! Also found out the $77 was for one night which is all they booked me for. They apparently cater to full-timers and just take the occasional overnight stays. Wished I had known. Only stayed the one night.
