We had a wonderful stay at Woodland Lakes! Sites were shaded and big rig friendly. Free Wi-Fi and Cable included. Propane on site. Exceptional Staff. The park is very peaceful and just a few miles from highway 45.
Beautiful park located close to The Woodlands with easy access to highway 45 offering tons of activities in close distance. The sites are spacious, shady and all sites come with a patio and seating. Free Wi-Fi and Cable are included in the price and the park also has 3 stocked ponds. Laundry rooms and a restroom are available 24/7 and they offer propane on site.
This park has a few gems and a few downsides but it was a nice place to stay for a month or two, or if passing thru. This is not a luxurious park, it's an older park with so much potential!. The road coming into the park was rough and the road inside the park needs some work. The roads should be fixed after construction is completed, I was informed. The staff was very nice, always welcoming. There are three lakes on the property, with fish. There is a dog park in the middle of the park. The clubhouse area is all the way in the front, along with the restroom/showers. Another bathhouse is desperately needed in this park. The price was very reasonable. The WIFI was decent, but you can also call the cable provider and get a dedicated incoming line to the RV. Huge plus if you are staying for a month or two. A few long term guest.
Overall, not a 5 star resort, no pool, no hot tub, etc... but very easy going and close to the Woodlands. We would stay here again for a couple of months or just passing thru.
