Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating Because of mechanical issues we were forced to stay here for 3 days. I don't understand how Good Sam even rates them this high. We was assigned a site with full timers and lets just say it was less than desirable location. Would not choose this place again.

Grossly over priced @ $40.00. Site less than 300 feet from I-12 ! Park had large water puddles on all the internal roads. No one there to check in with - clerk arrived about 9:10 AM the next morning and was not the most friendly person I had encountered on our two and a half month trip. .No rating for the restroom as it was locked.Would NOT STAY here again.

Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating Park is right up to I-10, so expect lots of truck noise day and night. Most spots have no shade whatsoever. The pool area/office has one full bathroom for each. There are over 60 sites around the pool and office. I went in the pool. The water was clear, but it hadn't been swept or screened recently. So as I walked through the pool, the dirt on the bottom swirled up. We are in a small class A, 30A and were charged $45 minus $5 discount for Good Sam. There were two other RVs that came in and left without checking in.
