Entrance is a mess with gates poorly placed for big RVs. Traffic flow at entrance is "backwards" from the U.S. norm (this entranceleft, exit right). Rumble strips that can break dishes. Way too many unnecessary signs in buckets that are impeding traffic flow for big RVs (8 within 20 ft). Surcharge for using a CC. Office personnel and other workers are friendly and efficient ... owner/manager a bit surly. Sites are adequate for a 45' bus but too short for toad (sideways) .... and you will be... Read More

What a lovely location! Over 57,000 miles on our current RV and stays all across the country, this is truly our favorite! Belfast is a strategic base from which to explore the beautiful State of Maine! Keep coming back as we simply love the staff, other campers and views!

Small CG right on Penobscot Bay - water views from most sites. We were up the hill from the shore & had an awesome view! Seating at the shore & walking along it. Nice sized sites - the only CG we could find along the water with full H/U sites available. Great laundry! Sad their restaurant was closed after Labor Day - it sounds good! We will return!

We loved this Campground small quiet situated on the bay swimming right in front of the campsites. People were nice and friendly
