The location isn't really friendly or well run. There is a cabal of year after year folks that are in a private club. I have a lot that I can't access my cement pad. I had to remove my vehicle from the site or I can't put out my furniture or use the outside at all. The bathrooms were not particular clean or modern. And there are many lots that are not transients. They are living and working from there. I so enjoyed the "guys" with the big truck playing with their vehicles. This isn't an RV resort it is a trailer park. It is terribly over crowded for the size of the property. The management isn't on site over the weekends. I have never seen such in any RV park I have ever been too. I do not recommend. I do not have to pay these fees and travel over 1500 miles to go to a trailer park.

Been staying here for many years. The restroom rating is not updated. Due to a structural problem the airconditioned bathhouse is closed. There is no time table to repair this. This leaves 3 showers and 3 toilets . No handicap shower since it is located in the closed bathhouse. There are approx. 165 sites so not enough facilities. This is an important update from this GOOD Sam Member.

A GREAT park to stay at!! This resort has sites nestled around palm trees and oaks. The restrooms are very clean. An addition this year are the new pull through sites. The Manager has done an OUTSTANDING job over the summer with the improvements. The ground crew does an excellent job keeping all areas neat. They are experts at helping to get your RV on your site,no matter how big. Also they have added more cottages to rent. This is a very friendly park and you find you make lifelong friends. If you have a dog the dog park has plenty of room . Also next door is Physicians Regional Medical Center and is a Great place to walk. There are plenty of places to ride your bike too! The laundry area is clean and well maintained. If you want a site here I would advise you to reserve a site early.
