Resort is under new ownership and has put a lot of money into making this a more desirable place to stay. All bathrooms have been remodeled as well as the pool area. There is a large game room with 2 pool tables, a foosball table and a few poker tables with chips to use. There are still some areas of the park that need cleaned up but it appears the owner is trying to get the river area cleaned up as well as the trees throughout the park. The trees in this park are nice to have as shade in Yuma... Read More

The trees in this park are nice to have as shade in Yuma is not easy to come by. This is a major place for snowbirds in the winter due to price and location but still have openings for other people to pull in. Overall if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay with most everything you could want it this is a good place.

Older Tired Park( + 30 years ) with one half permanent trailers. All ages and some trailers with families and children. We stayed in a 5th wheel trailer. Will not visit again dirty bathrooms, cold pool, second rate management.
