We visited the first weekend of October. No one in the office when we arrived. Picked a site and set up. Staff arrived later and said worker had quit and moved away and she was covering 2 campgrounds. Good location for day trips and eating out. Easy to find.

Lots of trees, mostly level sites. Close to everything, Pull through sites for the back-up challenged! None of the sites are clear enough for satellite reception so we used their cable. But, the cable reception was spotty, some channels not coming in at all. We got the usual "the cable company is working on it" answer when we asked about it. But after three weeks nothing changed. Their WiFi was great.
