Close enough to Seaside but yet far enough to still have that feel of being away from it all. Nothing special, the sites were far enough apart that didn't feel crowded. There was only one access point to the river for fishing but they were working on clearing out more. The bathrooms/showers were clean.

In keeping with other reviews which I thought might have changed since 2019, the cost for this park isn't in step with the condition or amenities. Cable signal was fizzy on both TV's so I enquired at the office what the issue might be since the advertise its available and which channels they get. The answer was that you had to connect the cable directly to the back of the TV. HUH? Two TVs which connect through a video switch box as in most RV's and without access directly to the back of the TV's... Read More

Two TVs which connect through a video switch box as in most RV's and without access directly to the back of the TV's is typical and I found this answer less than satisfactory. plus. it worked exceptionally well at the last site, Cannon Beach RV Resort. Don't advertise you have TV if in all practicality you don't. Otherwise the park is adequate but not a $73 rate even with a discount.

There is no possible way that this park comes close to a 9 in any category, which is why we chose it. It is a glorified campground, not an RV park. The spots are so narrow, our class A rv barely fit on the site, and they fine you for parking on the grass. The place was nothing but mud puddles on top of the poorly installed asphalt, our RV and tow vehicle were both filthy after our stay. There was no cable on the entire side were we were camped, even though the connections were still in place.... Read More

The front desk person was also condescending and rude when we complained. We will never stay there again!

My wife and I just spent five days here for our honeymoon and we loved staying here. To start with we arrived a little early but the lady at the front desk went and checked to make sure our site was good and then let us check in early. The sites are very wide, you don't feel like you are packed in there. The property seemed very well kept and bathrooms and office/store were clean. We are already planning another trip back.

Location was one of our primary reasons for staying here. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Some of the trees need to be trimmed back. Makes getting a 45' motor home in and out a challenge. Our site held us but we had to park our tow in overflow parking which was close by fortunately. One tree at our site had been trimmed already but still one slide was touching some places. Cable TV was pretty much useless and internet only slightly better. Staff was very nice and as I... Staff was very nice and as I recall said they had new owners so hoping improvements would be made. Still a nice location.

We arrived on a Sunday night in August. When I first called they let me know they several spaces available. When I wouldn't give them my credit card over the phone they said they wouldn't hold anything but they have dry camping available. Ok, I understand. But when I get there, I'm told dry camping doesn't get the good Sam discount. Even though they "are full" and it's my only option. Ok, whatever. Then I go walk back into the office to hear them tell the next guy off the street they have a... Read More

Then I go walk back into the office to hear them tell the next guy off the street they have a couple river sights open. He can drive around to see if he likes them. I was given no receipt for my cash transaction, the restrooms smelled of urine, the showers were filthy. We didn't use any of the amenities due to the dirt. It's a shame, we stayed here in 2017 and our experience was quite the opposite. There were also more live aboards this time too. And $33 for camping in a pothole ridden field! Not again!

Nice appearance. Terrible WiFi. Tree branches need to be trimmed back on many sites. Muddy sites.

This is our 3rd year staying here and it was just as nice as before. This time we had site 2 which is a very large pull through site next to the creek. The location of this park is what keeps us coming back. Just a mile from downtown Seaside and restaurants, a large grocery store, plus numerous beaches. We Will probably continue to come back here each year for a couple weeks as we love the area and this is a nice park.

If you are coming down Hwy 101 this is a great spot to stay. Some of the widest spaces we have seen. Pull-thru's are almost 60' Easy back in's at the west side of the park under the trees is the place to stay. 30 amp only at this time. Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. There is a large over-nighter area with tables and some fire pits. Call ahead if you are coming in after hours overnight.

Great location - close to visit Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach and area. Friendly/helpful staff. Our site was great - backing onto creek with great views of the hills and the elk in the early evening. Some kind of patio other than the grass would have been great - can appreciate that it is hard to keep grass cut when sites are full......our spot was very long....also understand that rv carpets can hurt the grass but one needs something to keep the outdoors out of the rv. All in all we have no... Read More

This park is situated close to Seaside and is nestled at the foot of the mountains. It's very grassy and offers lots of places for full service RV'ing and dry camping. The management of this site was very nice and courteous. We appreciated that as it was our first RV park of our trip. The site was a bit on the muddy side and we stepped up to our ankles in mud puddles while trying to set up. That said, we liked how green this site was. Lots of trees. And they let us bring our 3 dogs. The restrooms... Read More

Easy to level and good water pressure.

What a lovely location. Just a mile from downtown and yet it had the feel of being in the country, Our site backed up to the creek with mature shade trees and was very scenic. We saw Elk across the creek and enjoyed the morning fog and the walks on the many near by beaches. This RV park is a gem and we will definitely stay there again.

The office lady is out of touch when it comes to customer service. Extremely rude and unwelcoming. Wouldn't accept my son and daughter-in-laws new good Sam card that they just received when they purchased new RV from camping world. She called it a "funny card". So out of touch. They need to make more of an effort to put customer first instead of alienating from the first step into their office.
