Nice small RV park. Only half of the slots are actually for RV's, the rest are tiny homes. Clean facilities, nice pool and the grounds are well maintained. The pull thru slots share a patio and are really close to each other. The back in slots are large with plenty of room. There are many activities held in the club house. Grocery shopping is close, as is a hospital if you need one. Not a lot of good sit down restaurants in the area. Did find a good Mexican place in Ruskin and a descent... Read More

An older park with mainly long term and permanent residents. In need of some upgrading in all areas. The restrooms (one male, 1 female) contain 3 showers and one commode and, while not dirty, are not cleaned thoroughly every day. They need updating. The laundry is very affordable at $1.50 per machine. Most short-term sites are pull-through with barely room for slides, minimal space for tow vehicles and picnic tables that are falling apart. There is a community area and residents have regular activities that are attended by many of the residents. The park is in an older area of the town with questionable security. We would not return.
