Long rv pull thru site. Overnight stay. Door opened into front yard of neighboring house. Did not use facilities. I was able to do a wash of rv and toad. Cable and wifi worked good. Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Some highway noise. Train tracks behind park though I never heard a train.

My family and I have stayed 2 separate times. The first time was a nice experience the bathrooms were very well maintained and staff were friendly. The second time was very opposite. We were on the complete opposite side of the park toward the mobile homes so that was not very easy for my disabled grandmother for bathroom and shower uses. The small grassy section of lawn was very muddy without having time to dry out before the water comes back on. The Wi-Fi did not work and if we were lucky to get a connection it would only last a few minutes. This time I also had some friends of mine staying next to us. The groundskeeper who drives a white truck with a camper shell on it was very rude and who brought up to the friends of ours some very nasty lies about me. I called the owner to confront them on this issue and he said he would set up a meeting about these lies that the groundkeeper was going around to guests saying about me. The owner just kept laughing like it was a joke. I still have not heard back about this. I have children who live in this town that could hear these disgusting lies about me makes me ticked off. For what our situation is, it was very sad to see someone of religion do this to myself and my family.

Great in-town campground. More than half the spots have full time occupants but there were still plenty of good spots available to travelers. It was quiet despite having a railroad track right beside it...I didn't hear a single train. Lots of BIG trees and a grassy area for every site in the back available to travelers (not sure about the smaller ones by the restroom). Nice and helpful staff. Good internet though not too speedy. No pool or playground though I did see some kids riding their bikes. Most folks had dogs and they enjoyed putting out their chairs and giving the dogs a chance to stretch out in the cool grass, on-leash of course. Draw back: no dumping station available (but individual sites have sewer hookups.)

The park is positioned between a highway and a railroad track. During our one night stay we could hear the highway traffic but didn't have a train come by.This is part manufactured home, trailer, and RV park. As such you have everything there from old rvs with insulating material taped over the outside windows to nicely maintained permanent manufactured homes, pull behinds and flashy new big rigs. The bathrooms are functional and well maintained but I would rate them an 8 or 8.5. Not 9.5. The staff were accommodating and polite. The sites are spacious and most have a grass area beside them. Plenty of shade trees.

This park is just awful! It's actually not a RV Park. It's more like an old mobile home park. And, it has only 1 restroom for boys & girls. Our neighbor, who has lived there for 6 years, refused to put his big dog on a leash which is unacceptable for me and my fearful dog. The dog walk shown on their website is a graveled active railroad track.

We stayed here traveling from Yellowstone to Oregon and absolutely loved it! While many residents are full timers, they are very receptive to part timers like us. Super friendly and helpful staff; very clean showers and laundry room; very large and shady sites; excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV. We'll stay here again if our travels bring us this direction.

We had reserved this RV park months in advance and it was a good thing as the sign said "no vacancy" when we arrived late in the afternoon. The RV park was not as we expected from it's description on the Good Sam website. There seemed to be a lot of permanent RVs and double-wide homes, and the Park was between railroad tracks and a highway. The area nearby seemed run-down and it probably didn't help that there were police cars gathered around some people when we crossed the bridge from Ontario to Fruitland. We were fine with our overnight stay but glad to be on our way in the morning. The restrooms were a shower/toilet room combo and looked clean but they were a several minute walk from our RV and we didn't use them. The owners/managers were pleasant and there were other overnighters in our area of the RV park, but we did not like the "feel" of the place and we would not stay here again.
