Another absolute GEM! The only reason it is not a 10, there was no pool. This campground is set on the banks bordering the Gulf of St. Lawrence and is only 20 minutes to Forillon National Park. The staff were excellent and made an effort to speak english while making our reservation and when we arrived. The campground has a variety of campsites for every camping need. We stayed 4 nights and had a large pull thru site (#39) which had trees on both sides of the site offering privacy and shade. The... Read More

The hookups were positioned in the middle of the site making for easy access. We had a 30amp service which was excellent as was the water pressure. The sewer was tricky to find at first as it was hidden by the trees and brush. The campground offered solid Wifi connection. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Although we did not go swimming, there is a long staircase that descended to the water front where there is a rocky beach. We did use the laundry facilities during our stay (1.50 wash and 1.50 to dry). The campground also has a shelter/ room where people could hang out or do dishes etc...

Great little spot on the Bay of St. Lawrence. A little chilly due to being so close to the water but quiet and relaxing. (Pack a blanket and a sweater) Dog friendly, which was perfect. Price was under 35$ and firewood was 6$. It would be a great idea to call ahead as there are not many available sites. Washrooms were very clean. Would recommend this for tenters and campers alike. Sites are fairly small, but if you could get a Bay view, spectacular! I can comment on the swimming, I didn't do it but... Read More

However, 75 steps or so down a Cliffside!
