There are many degraded full-time rigs in this park to the point where they are rotting to the ground. I gave overall 3 stars because the owners are very polite, friendly, and helpful. The wifi worked pretty good relative to other parks. The water pressure was not good. There are issues with the power in the park. Our EMS cut power every night several times in the early morning hours due to high voltage faults. This is likely caused by a bad power company transformer. I informed the owner, but he seemed unconcerned about this.
