Rest A While RV Park, was once a beautiful RV Park, I have stayed at this park every summer April through October for the past 4 years, The New management is very unprofessional, rude and uncaring, I have a fifth wheel and a back in site, the sites are very narrow, and this summer the new management started packing in campers so that we were almost at arms length, which just ruined our summer experience. They advertise a marina, well, it is in non-working order and closed, they also advertise an oyster harvesting bay, it is pretty much off limits now. Fire pits are no longer. I also, found that under this new management team, that the rules of the park seemed to apply to whomever the management team chose to have them apply to. The laundry room has 3 washing machines but all summer only one machine worked ( for 90 sites) and 3 dryers and often only 1 or 2 worked and they took several times to dry your clothing. The clubhouse is very outdated and has a very strong musty smell, the landscaping was not kept (except right around the office area). The owners of the park are never on site, and there were almost always sewer issues throughout the park. management is very difficult to deal with, and seem only to care about getting your reservation and money. I will not be back and this saddens me because for 4 years it had been home to me and my family but the new management has ruined the Park and our camping experience.
