We've been going to the Kankakee KOA for several years now. (Unfortunately we only made it there once this year.) The current owners purchased the campground a few years ago and are making it better each year. This year they purchased additional property and plan to add more full hookup and pull through sites next year. It's not a huge campground, but it's a great family campground with a nice amount of trees; not too many that they obstruct access, but still plenty of shade. They have fantastic... Read More

The current owners purchased the campground a few years ago and are making it better each year. This year they purchased additional property and plan to add more full hookup and pull through sites next year. It's not a huge campground, but it's a great family campground with a nice amount of trees; not too many that they obstruct access, but still plenty of shade. They have fantastic Halloween weekends which are always very well attended. Overall, a nice campground and friendly people. We'll be back again next year!
