Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating A huge disappointment. I thought Good Sam held facilities to a higher standard than this place offered. While sites are open, level and somewhat shaded, this place has an overall "dumpy" feel to it. there are many long-term units that are old, dilapidated and look like they would fall apart if moved. Restroom & shower facilities seemed OK but you may be a very long way from them depending on your site. The close proximity to I-75 makes this a very noisy location at all times of the day and night.
Good Sam inspectors need to visit this location soon and do a complete re-evaluation of it ratings and/or inclusion in the GS program.

Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating The clubhouse and pool I believe have been built fairly recently so they are nice and the management team was very efficient and helpful. However, the actual campground was a huge disappointment. The "campground" is really an old trailer park with a few open spots. The property is divided in half half trailers and half small houses they call apartments. This does not feel like a campground. We did not feel comfortable setting up our normal campsite with chairs and tables, in fact we even left our bikes locked to the rear of the 5th wheel. Unfortunately, until they make some significant changes we will not be stopping here again.

Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating This park is in very poor condition. A lot of permanent campers that are very old and run down. The highway noise is very loud. The WiFi is a hit and miss on most days. The park might be okay for a one night stay for it is easy on and off the I system. No cable tv,for you only get 5 stations over the air.
