This is perhaps the nicest KOA we've seen in traveling over 40,000 miles in 46 states. The reason, the atmosphere, not the facility. It is nestled right on the bay in Cornwall, PEI and we had a waterfront site. The site size was adequate for our 35' w/tow car and width was ok. Spaced further apart would have been nicer but we weren't bothered by it. Looking out and seeing the change in tide during the day was incredible. There are pull through sites on the hill overlooking the bay which would also be nice but not the second one from the bottom. The others are elevated above each other except that one. From the hill, you can certainly see the bay. Satellite worked but was a little sketchy due to looking south through the trees. Staff was friendly, check in easy. Long narrow drive to the campground and narrow roads within, lots of spaces for tents and small trailers under the trees and several cabins are available. We were fortunate as we were there when it was fairly empty making it quiet and peaceful.
