Almost everything was great. Friendly and helpful service. Has a good cellular phone signal (Verizon). Site not level but one of the hosts directed me too the site and helped level the motorhome. Nice! The $35 per night was an excellent value. It is quiet. Great redwood trees in RV Park and surrounding area. The men's restroom is old mostly clean but could use a deep cleaning. Women's restroom was clean. (men are dirty, lol) The laundry/restroom facility needs restoration. Hand railing and supporting post are rotting and moves when I grab hold of it. This is a potential liability if someone falls. Please fix this. I would hate to see you nice people become involved in a law suit with some ambulance chasing attorney! Update: As we were leaving they were working on the railing. Grounds were well kept and clean of any pet waste. Nearby redwood forest looks inviting for a hike. Good, friendly and quiet neighbors. The RV Park is very conveniently located and just 10 to 15 minutes from small towns with good supplies and restaurants. Although, there is a restaurant and store (propane too) on the facility. It is conveniently located for day trips to beautiful lakes, mountains, scenic drives and parks. This is a great place for an extended stay. Overnight would be good too. Especially with the superior fast and friendly service. Overall you get four stars out of five. If you can work on and fix some of the two weak areas you will receive five out of five in all categories.
