We hate to say anything negative about this park as it is clean and most everyone is friendly.....BUT it's not the best. It's all gravel with some asphalt, there are many people who live here and have pretty trashy sites. The pet walk is a strip of "grass" along the side street. However, the town of Bandon is darling and we found lots to do here, so we tolerated the park. We did have good cable but never tried the WIFI.

This was our 5th year spending several months at this RV park. Unfortunately and very sad, more permanent tenants are now allowed which has caused a considerable decline in the quality and appearance of the park. This fact, combined with very tight and difficult sites, extreme traffic noise and sewer vent pipes outside your door has warranted this poor review. The only PRO is the location.

the people here are really nice and keep a well maintained park, that said, it is right on highway101. we had the only spot with a 5 foot grass area next to out motorhome, or you will not get your awning out, really tight, one table for two spots, most spot do not have enough room for one, am finding a lot of good sam parks are pretty full with long timers. not what we where looking for. sewer vent right next to us, smelled that for two days.

Nice park right in town and on a fairly busy highway. Spots are close together and all back ins. Good WIFI. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Tidy park, and lots of nice people, near a really neat town.
