We are a quiet couple. If you have kids, this looks like a place they would enjoy. If you are an adult that likes to sit around in groups and talk, or drive your kids around in golf carts, you might enjoy it. Beware. The sites are extremely narrow and packed in. They are grass and soft after a rainstorm. We had helpful neighbors on one side, The other group of about 6 adults took up a great deal of room and did little more than sit and stare at us. They had two vehicles and one of the aforementioned golf cars that they felt free to run over the front of our campsite. Smoke from campfires hung over the narrow valley, especially from our neighbor's smouldering campfire. Few people walked. Most drove around in the carts or cars. Wifi is non-existent and cell service barely there. The pool area looked nice, if overflowing with kids, but that was okay. It was nice to see them enjoying themselves. It looks like they are building a miniature golf course. Better that they should invest in wider spots and more supervision of what's going on in the park. A rule of one car per site would be helpful. Like I said, for some people this might be an ideal site, but not for us.
