We made our reservation two months in advance.. When we arrived we checked in without looking at our site. Bad move on our part because the spot was probably the worst we've ever had in 10 years we've ever had in 10 years of trailering.. I didn't even try to back in, uphill, between large trees, no table, no parking.. Would have been a small tent site. We drove back to the office where they assigned us two different spaces and said we have to move the next day form one to the other.. We had plans... Read More

We had plans with our relatives and could not spend two hours, waiting for one to leave and then moving and breaking down our stuff. We did he get a refund for one night but not our original deposit for the first night.. I would've been happy to pay a bookkeeping fee but don't feel that it was our fault and should not have been charged at all. Found a spot next door in a much less crowded park, for less money. Would never try Cotillion Gardens again.

This was a very quiet facility. We have a 37' motorhome and they were able to accommodate us (not sure how many sites they have for larger units). Good location, lots of things to do in the vicinity - shopping, parks, markets are nearby in Felton. Short drive and you are in Santa Cruz. I did not use the restroom/showers so I can not comment on these. Swimming pool was still open for 2 days (Friday/Saturday) which we used. Staff were very accommodating for an early check in as we had to be... Read More

Staff were very accommodating for an early check in as we had to be out of our other site by 11:00 and they were able to check us in by noon once the site was prepared for our stay. They also offered us a cash discount on the rates which we gladly accepted. Would stay again.

This place is a great location for visiting nearby parks/attractions as well as Santa Cruz. 6 mile quick drive down winding hwy 9. we took our 3 & 4yr old kids. they loved the recently updated playground. Walking trail to nearby state park. there's Safeway, CVS, rite aid and local restaurants nearby. yet you're still secluded in tall redwoods. we had a full hookup site. it can get tight when the spots are all occupied. hope you like your neighbors. Staff decorated for Halloween. Bathrooms and showers... Read More

This was our first time and will most likely be back. there are neighboring RV parks. We drove through and we think this one looked the best. Paved road, mostly level gravel spots.

Good, clean facility. Restrooms could use some remodeling. Sites are close together, but they are a good size. Half the park is full-hook up - the rest water and electricity. Tent sites are mixed with the RV sites. The Henry Cowell Redwood State Park is next door making it an easy walk to the giant redwood grove and visitor's center. It's an easy drive to Santa Cruz Boardwalk, downtown and to the little town of Capitola. The pool is clean, store is well stocked. There are many children during... Read More
