We stayed here 5 nights while visiting family in the area. It is a very nice campground/park with plenty of campsites. The restroom/shower facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and want to ensure you have a great stay. Be sure to ask about their discounts. The over age 62 price was better than the military discount. The only thing that was a concern was drainage. There was quite a bit of mud and puddles around the park, but in their defense, they had severe storms and extreme rainfall the night before our arrival. The park was drying out by the time we left. I would definitely stay here again.

Natural setting along a beautiful river. Hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking. Very clean park with friendly staff. Not far from Interstate, close enough for overnight stay. (We extended ours). Shopping and restaurants nearby. Minor drawbacks were no sewer hookup and slightly uneven patio area (natural, no slab). The pretty setting of this park overshadowed those inconveniences. We will definitely use this as a regular stop between Texas and Florida. We were in a 40ft motor home. Back-in spot 50 amp service and wifi good.

This is a nice campground right next to the river and close to restaurants.
