This is a wonderful state park!! The park is directly on Seminole Lake reputed to be a great fishing spot. The park is clean and well maintained. Workers are constantly visible. The access road is great for walking (about 2 miles) with little traffic. Our site #49, while not directly on the lake, had a lake view and total privacy on the passenger side. Sites are gravel. Bathrooms and showers are kept clean. There is a washer and dryer for $1.50. The office is staffed, but they serve you at the door due to the virus. Donalsonville and Bainbridge shopping areas are about 25-30 minutes away. There is a convenience store near the park entrance which we did not try. Without question, this a park we will return to in the future.
