Stayed mid August 2016. We had no issues during this stay.
The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very, very dog friendly too! Hook-ups are average condition and vary a bit with each pad.
Wi-Fi Internet is fair and works fine. Getting TV over air is poor. No cable TV hookup.
Bathrooms/showers are well-kept and clean.
There are long term residents. Not all the rigs are new. None were in shambles. We met the long-term resident neighbors. Great people!
