We arrived on the Fourth of July. The campground is pretty and appealing nice green grass, big trees, pretty ponds. The people (both staff and other campers) were very friendly and we felt welcome. The miniature golf was in disrepair and no one was using it, but we wouldn't have anyway. We had a pull through site with 50 amp and water, no sewer. There were lots of activities to participate in at this park, although we didn't partake of any of it because we were visiting family in town so we spend most of our time away from the park. On the 4th of July there was a little parade with decorated golf carts and bicycles, very cute. One night was karaoke night at the main building. We thought they might have a breakfast available in the main building as it seems set up as a restaurant, but were informed that it is not open daily.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and liked this campground very much. My only complaint is that the water temperature in the showers is not adjustable. You push a button and the water comes out for a minute or so, and then you have to push the button again, and it's 102 degrees (I asked park management and they said it was state law??). As we didn't have sewer hookups, we were trying to limit water going into our tanks and thus taking showers in the camp facilities. As it was in the 90s outside, it was nearly unbearable to take a shower. Also, the restrooms are not air conditioned, so I was sweating before I could even get dressed. At any other time of year, I suppose this would not be a problem. Management did tell me they would turn it a little cooler, but by then we were leaving, so I did not get to test this out.
We used the laundry facilities one day and those were fine, too.
In summary, we like this park a lot and will return, but if it's in the hot part of the year again, we might just take our showers at our family's house in town. :-)

The driveway in is a bit narrow so take it slow. This is a large campground with over 100 sites. There is lots to do, a fishing pond, swimming pond, putt-putt golf, playground, horseshoes and more. Roads are gravel and they grated them while we were there. We were in site 79, all grass and not very level, but wider than normal with a picnic table. Plenty long enough for our 37 foot RV with tow-dolly. We had water and 50 amp electric, no sewer. Camp is well kept and quiet. We stayed the night of... Read More

WiFi was spotty our Verizon signal was strong. We paid $19.26 with our Passport America discount
