We loved this park. We had a riverfront site, and stayed 2 nights. It was HOT (100* degrees both days)... but the river was beautiful, and it was just the right temperature to cool off. One of the COOLEST things about this park is their horses. They have two horses (Easter and Cowboy) that have access to the entire park. They are extremely friendly and will walk over to say hello (they wont turn down a carrot or apple, either). The bathrooms were amazingly clean, and the RV pads were level and... Read More

The bathrooms were amazingly clean, and the RV pads were level and gave ample room for our 35foot trailer and our truck. My ONLY critique is that the hookups are in the left side of the RV pad which means you either have to pull in straight, or have your hoses run through your camp site. We opted to pull straight in, and that worked great for us. Also, no Cell phone service (Verizon), and the wifi is very limited. I would HIGHLY recommend this park, and if it weren't so hot, I think we could have stayed for a week!

I just fell in love with this park. It is off the beaten path. It is so beautiful and peaceful here. Sites are facing right along the Klamath River. The park is clean and appealing. The restrooms are clean and pleasantly decorated with artist drawings of the property. I love that the two friendly cuddlebug horses roam the park. I love listening to and seeing the Osprey as they hunt for food. Talk about a peaceful and serene place to appreciate nature and beauty then this is it. This is the type... Read More

We stayed at this campground last March on our way to Nevada. The owner was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. She was there to assist us and accomodate us. The sites are clean and we will definately return to the Blue Heron on our way south to California.

Absolutely one of the best small parks we've stayed at. Spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Friendly staff, make you feel like family. Will make Blue Heron our stop every trip North. A piece of heaven....
