We came here to meet friends, in the park, so we booked a week. Management (volunteers in lieu of rent) was rude on arrival. Usually you are greeted with a short verbal introduction to the park, your site, amenities etc.clearly not the case here...shoved a brochure in our face and said READ. Kept changing days for our MH from one day to the next so her full-time friends could move into our spot. Grass dog park looks great, but the urine soaked ground needs way more soaking during off hours, as dogs need to be bathed after leaving...you could smell the stench on their coats & feet after each visit. Spaces are way too small, will hit your tow car door on your neighbor if not careful. Staff to park your rig places you right on top of the poured patio so electric stairs hit and seized on the patio while parked on gravel. Wifi does not work. Nice people staying there, but seriously won't return.

Park site was terrible. Not level, poor drainage, septic stub out too high, water was horrible, Septic smell throughout the park. No parking at site. Had to purchase parking for vehicle. WIFI and cable never worked. Dog park was horrible. Food was prepared in kitchen by dog wash, and not certified or authorized by AZ Health Dept. Management was surly and rude. Do not recommend anyone stay or rely on their park review here without first visiting. Sad because the ownership has caused this rating and this could be a beautiful park,

We decided to stay at this park because it was only for RV'ers and we find this a more friendly environment than the mostly "park model" parks. The people are very friendly here and that is the only positive that I can say. The majority of the spots are "so-so" small that our tires are against the pad and the slide has only two inches of clearance from the electrical post. This is the same for everyone. There are also junction boxes at the front that cause a lot of difficulties. Extremely hard to get into with a fifth wheel! Some pads have an angle cut into them so that you can squeeze your vehicle into for parking. Also we can't understand why the entertainment is so disappointing and volunteers are constantly needed when this park charges such high fees. Absolutely "everything" is extra here. In summary I find that this park is over priced with little amenities (that are mostly provided by volunteers). This is not the park that we will be choosing for our several years of winter retirement as the spots are too small with little to offer. We hope that you find this informative. Still looking!
