This park is made up of full timers. Park is not maintained. Trailers have graffiti on them. Manager approached us in an angry manner asking if we called the phone number posted. He never said who he was or why he was asking. When we told him we did call and we did have reservations he looked at his phone to confirm. Stray cats roam the park. Junk all around the RVs. I’m surprised it is a Good Sams park as it should not meet their standards.
I would not stay here again.
As has been mentioned before, there are a lot of full timers here, but everyone we ran into, made us feel welcome. This is the closest park to the Tampa area, with lots of shopping nearby. Would not hesitate staying here again.
The staff was courteous hands down. The park has many long term RVs that are unsightly with much "stuff" around the sites. (Not the camp's fault but many times in my stay, neighbors would let their animals make waste on my site and not clean it up - gross.) The bathrooms were clean however the entry door is directly by the showers so outsiders can see in when the door is open. The door stays open because there is no ventilation or air flow in the bathrooms. I was immediately sweating after a shower because I closed the door. Some sites are shady and some direct sun - I was lucky with shade. With the price being average market value, I wish I had picked another place.
