Reservation was made by phone, since they don't offer any kind of on-line reservation, and the staff was professional and courteous. Upon arrival, they put me in a beautiful end site with few neighbors. I can see where during peak times, when the park is full, at least the 30Amp sites are pretty close together. Sites consist of full hookups, a concrete patio and a picnic table. All utilities except sewer are at the back of the site, so I needed more than one 25' drinking water hose. Fortunately... Fortunately my electrical is at the back corner of my rig, so didn't need my extension cord, but be aware that, depending upon the configuration of your rig, you may need extensions. I didn't connect to the cable TV, because I only travel with a 25' coaxial cable which was not long enough. The wheels of my trailer are about 4-6" from the concrete pad belonging to my assigned site. The slide from my trailer on the opposite side actually overhangs the concrete pad of the neighboring site by a few inches. Fortunately, even during the weekend, I did not have an immediate neighbor. In walking around the park, it would appear that the staff does a good job of giving campers as much space as possible - it was unusual to see adjacent sites occupied, to which I credit the staff at the front desk. The appeal to this park is really proximity to the beach, which can be accessed by a private road, and a 5-minute walk. I was disappointed to find that city regulations do not allow dogs on the beach, except for a short stretch about 3-4 miles west of the park. Not a criticism of the park, but unfortunate for me, as walking on the beach with my dog was one thing I expected to do here. While I was surprised that an urban RV park doesn't have an online reservation system, it came as no surprise that the WiFi was unusable. Fortunately, the AT&T cell signal is strong (thanks to the tower just west of the park boundary), so it was easy to create a hotspot and stream videos and make/receive video calls using cellular data. The bathrooms and laundry facility are clean and well maintained 3 of the 8 washing machines were out of order (and labeled as such), but that also means 5 were working. Two swimming pools and a kids playground also clean and well maintained. Overall, a good experience at an urban RV park that actually felt like it was more isolated than it is.

I stayed at this campground because it was close to the Gulf of Mexico and they had Wi-Fi. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi never worked at the campsite or at the office. Since I planned on working from my camper this was not possible. We left a day early so we could find a different campground that had Wi-Fi. I asked for a refund and was refused because of their policy of no refunds. I totally understand the policy but the problem is they did not provide the services they promised when we checked in.... The sites are difficult to get into. The picnic tables are on a concrete pad that is about 5" high which can be a tire hazard. Our awning was up against a tree and the back slide was fairly close to the post displaying the site #. We just didn't care for this campground and probably would not go back. It did have a good laundry room and the staff is very helpful to help you find your way around town. This would be a great campground to take the kids.

This is a great place to park your Toy Hauler or RV. The ladies at the front desk were VERY helpful, friendly and courteous. We had an issue and it was resolved quickly. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. And the campground area is well kept and clean. I've already made my reservations for April 2016. Check it out. You won't be sorry.
