We only stayed one night passing through this area, this is a completely gated facility. The facility was clean and quiet, but mostly long term residents. The park is in need of some maintenance up grades it is starting to look run down. The people we talked to walking our dog and at the pool were polite and friendly. We only stayed one night passing through this area, this is a completely gated facility. The facility was clean and quiet, but mostly long term residents. The park is in need of some maintenance up grades it is starting to look run down. The people we talked to walking our dog and at the pool were polite and friendly. To our surprise the public water supply at this facility had a warning posted at the check in desk. The warning stated the water was high in fluorine and arsenic, Mike was the person that check us in and said he has been drinking the water for the past 15 years. We had a full tank of water so we chose not to hook up the water or drink it. Mike also explained they had treated water available for drinking at the club house, the treated water was ran through a reverse osmosis treatment unit. We paid $40 cash to stay one night and a $20 refundable deposit was required if you wanted a card to leave and return to the gated facility.
